Cauliflower Casserole
Cauliflower Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cauliflower, 1/4 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 5 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook cauliflower in salted water until done, about 10 minutes.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Set aside.
Melt 3 tablespoons butter in pan.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk and cook until thick.
Put cheese and cauliflower in a greased 2-quart casserole dish and spoon sauce over top.
Combine stuffing, 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Mix well and put over cheese sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
