Cauliflower Casserole
Cauliflower Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head of cauliflower or 2 bags of frozen cauliflower, 6 tbsp. butter, 4 slices of american cheese, club type crackers and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook Cauliflower in water until very tender and then drain. Add 3 Tbsp. of butter and the cheese to the cauliflower, stir until melted.
Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Pour into baking dish.
Crush about a cups worth of crackers, mix with the remaining butter (melted) and sprinkle on top of cauliflower. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
