Cauliflower-Broccoli Au Gratin
Cauliflower-Broccoli Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) box each: frozen cauliflower and broccoli, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. each: salt, seasoned salt and pepper and 1/8 tsp. accent, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook frozen vegetables as directed; drain.
Put into 2-quart casserole.
Melt butter over low heat.
Stir in flour and seasonings until smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in milk.
Stir over low heat until thick.
Sprinkle onion, pimento and cheese over vegetables.
Pour sauce over all.
Sprinkle with crackers and paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
