Carrot-Pineapple Cake

Sift together into large mixing bowl flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add salad oil, eggs, carrots, crushed pineapple with syrup and vanilla.
Mix until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer.
Bake in greased and slightly floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350Β° for about 35 minutes or until done.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely and frost with cream cheese frosting.
