Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sliced carrots, 1 medium onion, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook carrots until almost tender.
Drain and set aside.
Chop onion and melt 3 tablespoons butter and salt.
Add cream of celery soup, salt and pepper.
Add around 3/4 can of water.
Heat until warm.
Place carrots in casserole pan.
Pour soup mixture over. On top, add Mozzarella cheese.
Melt 1/2 cup butter.
Pour over bread stuffing, then put on top of Mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
