Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, thinly sliced, 1 stick margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook carrots until tender and drain.
In saucepan, melt margarine; saute onion until tender.
Stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and celery salt.
Add milk; cook until thickened. Place half of the carrots in a greased 3-quart casserole dish; add the cheese.
Then add second half of carrots.
Pour sauce over all.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
