Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium sized carrots, 2 tbsp. grated onion, 2 tbsp. horseradish, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel and slice lengthwise carrots.
Cook in minimum amount of water until just tender.
Do not overcook!
Drain and put into a buttered casserole.
Mix together the remaining items and pour over carrots.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle top with paprika and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
