Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tbsp. horseradish and 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook carrots until crisp-tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
Place carrots in a casserole. Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish and cooking liquid. Spread over carrots. Sprinkle with cheese and top with bread crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
