Blend sugar, oil and eggs together until creamy.
Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add to sugar mixture; beat well.
Add applesauce, grated carrots, nuts and raisins if you like.
Blend well and pour into Bundt pan and bake at 350Β° until done.
Spread with powdered sugar icing when cool.
