Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 1/2 c. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
In large mixing bowl add Wesson oil and eggs.
Beat, then add sugar gradually and beat until well mixed.
Add dry ingredients and carrots, mix well.
Bake in 2 (9-inch) layer pans which have been oiled and floured.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
