Carrot Bread
Carrot Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Combine oil, milk, eggs and vanilla.
Add to flour mixture; stir just until combined.
Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into 2 greased 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pans.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
