Carrot Bake
Carrot Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs. baby carrots, 4 small onions, quartered, 6 garlic cloves, peeled, 2 t. vegetable or olive oil and 2 t. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place carrots, onions, and garlic into greased 15x10 in. baking pan.
Drizzle with oil and vinegar.
Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper,
Gently toss to coat.
Cover and bake at 450Β° for 20 minutes.
Stir. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes; stir again. Bake 10 minutes longer or until carrots are crisp-tender.
Yields 8 servings.
