Carolina Soup
Carolina Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. white crab meat, 1 pt. milk, 1 pt. cream, 1/2 stick butter and 2 tbsp. sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put milk in top of double boiler with mace and lemon peel; allow to simmer for a few minutes.
Add crab, butter and cream; cook for 15 minutes.
Thicken with cracker crumbs; season with salt and pepper.
Allow to stand on back of stove for a few minutes to bring out the flavor.
Just before serving, add sherry.
