Caribbean Chicken and Rice
Caribbean Chicken And Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid.
Add water to measure 1 3/4 cups.
Salt and pepper chicken.
In large skillet, brown sausage and set aside.
Add chicken and brown, drain.
Add sausage, rice, garlic, allspice and reserved liquid.
Bring to boil; cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cook 5 minutes.
