Place in large bowl. Combine sugars, corn syrup, water, vinegar, and soda in 2 quart saucepan.
Heat to boiling medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Cook at 260Β° thermometer or until small amount of mixture dropped very cold water forms a hard ball. Reduce heat to low.
Stir in butter until melted. Pour syrup in thin streams over corn in bowl, stirring until corn is coated.

Butter hands and shape into 3-inch balls.
