Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1 c. margarine, pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large pan, combine brown sugar, syrup, margarine, salt and cream of tartar and bring to a boil.
Cook for 5 minutes; remove from heat.
Add baking soda; beat down.
Pour over popcorn. Stir until all corn is covered.
Spread popcorn onto 2 greased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven at 200Β° for 1 hour.
Cool and break up and store in large plastic bags.
