Caramel Frosting
Caramel Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, pinch of salt, 4 tbsp. milk and 2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Butter margarine in saucepan over low heat. Stir in brown and salt. Cook 2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar.
Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and mix well.
Stir until frosting starts to
"crinkle" as it cools.
Pour immediately onto warm cake; spread quickly. This frosting sets up fast so work very quickly.
