Caramel Cream Pie

Caramelize sugar in small skillet until dark brown.
Add 1/2 cup boiling water.
Cook until smooth.
Beat egg yolks.
Add sugar and flour.
Add milk, caramelized sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.

Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
