Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 c. popped popcorn, lightly salted, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks oleo, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 c. dark corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients well (except popcorn and baking soda). Dissolve over low heat.
Boil 5 minutes on medium heat.
Remove from heat and add baking soda.
Pour over popcorn and mix well. Put in oven at 250Β° for 30 minutes.
Stif often.
Pour onto cookie sheets and let cool.
Store in airtight container.
