Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put popcorn in plastic or glass bowl.
Stir together syrup, sugar, butter and salt and cook at medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Cook without stirring for five minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn; stir to coat well.
Pour into greased cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 250Β°.
(Stir with a spoon after 10 minutes.)
Break apart when cool.
