Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt and 6 qt. popped corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine margarine, sugar, salt and corn syrup in medium saucepan.
Heat while stirring until full boil.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon soda; stir.
Place popped corn on two large jell roll pans or cookie sheets.
Pour 1/2 sauce over each pan.
Stir to coat.
Bake at 250Β° for 1/2 hour stirring at 15 minutes.
Remove form oven.
Cool on pan.
Break apart and store in closed container.
