Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. hot water, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 3 qt. popped corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stir sugar over low heat until melted and golden brown.
Stir in carefully water and brown sugar. Cook to 238Β° or until a little dropped into cold water forms a soft ball.
Pour over popped corn. Mix gently to coat well.
Spread out on wax paper to cool so pieces separate.
Can add any kind of nut if desired.
