Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 qt. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 2 sticks butter or margarine and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, corn syrup and butter together; bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt and cream of tartar.
Mix well.
Quickly pour over corn.
Mix well and put in greased roaster pan.
(Do not cover.)
Bake in 200Β° oven 1 hour. Stir 3 to 4 times during baking.
