Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. butter or oleo, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In heavy saucepan, combine butter, syrup and salt.
Heat to boiling and boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Take from heat and add soda and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour over popped corn; mix well.
Place in large roasting pan.
Bake at 200Β° for 1 hour, stirring about every 20 minutes.
