Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. corn popped in 6 tbsp. oil (make in 3 batches and do not salt), 1 stick butter and 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook all butter, margarine, sugar and corn syrup into a syrup until "hard ball".
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and baking soda.
Popped corn; mix. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 250Β° for 40 minutes.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Break apart.
Store in airtight container.
