Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 1/2 c. white syrup, 2 c. brown sugar (do not pack too tightly), 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar and 1 tsp. or less salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix and boil 6 minutes the first 3 ingredients.
Remove from heat.
Add last 3 ingredients.
Stir until foamy.
Pour over 5 to 6 quarts popped corn.
Mix well.
Spread over 2 (12 x 18-inch) jelly roll pans.
Bake for 1 hour in 225Β° oven, stirring occasionally.
Remove from oven and cool, stirring a bit at first so it doesn't stick to pan as it cools.
Other large similar pans can be used.
