Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. bag geiser's corn pops (hulless), 1 lb. peanuts, 3 c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. (3 sticks) butter and 3/4 c. dark corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In large roasting pan, mix corn pops and nuts; set aside.
In saucepan, combine sugar, butter and corn syrup.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Take off heat; add baking soda and stir.
Mixture will foam.
Pour mixture over corn pops and nuts; toss to mix.
Bake, uncovered, at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Turn out on wax paper to cool.
Store in airtight container.
