Caramel Candy
Caramel Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. white syrup, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. hot milk and 4 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put 1 cup sugar in pan over low heat until sugar melts.
Add hot milk, remaining sugar and corn syrup.
Cook until mixture reaches 238Β° (soft ball stage).
Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and nuts.
Beat until mixture is thick, but still shiny. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper.
