Cantaloupe Bread
Cantaloupe Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. oil (vegetable oil), 2 c. sugar, 3 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. cantaloupe, pureed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
👨🍳 Instructions
Beat eggs.
Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
Cut melon into small pieces and purée.
Add to egg mixture.
Sift in dry ingredients; add to liquid.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
(I used 3 smaller pans.) Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or test for doneness.
May be frosted.
