Candied Sweet Potatoes
Candied Sweet Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 7 to 8 sweet potatoes, 6 tbsp. water, 3/4 c. butter (no margarine), 1 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel potatoes.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from water and cool.
Mix water, butter, brown sugar and salt in 2-quart saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cook for a full 3 minutes.
(You must keep syrup boiling for a full 3 minutes.)
Pour syrup in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
