Candied Pork Chops
Candied Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 pork chops, 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. ketchup and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spread 1 cup brown sugar in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.
Pour 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/8 cup lemon juice over brown sugar and mix together.
Place pork chops on top.
Put remaining brown sugar, ketchup and lemon juice (mixed) over pork chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours, turning once after 45 minutes.
The last 15 minutes, turn oven up to 425° and cover with foil to candy pork chops.
