Combine first 3 ingredients in a jar. Shake until color is mixed. Pick only perfect leaves and just open blossoms. Leave enough stem to hold on to. Wash and dry or shake free of dirt. Beat the egg white

Just until slightly frothy. Use a small soft camel's hair brush. Be sure to cover all surfaces. If necessary, use a toothpick to separate petals. Sprinkled coated leaf or flower with superfine granulated sugar. Be sure all petals and leaves are sugared top and bottom. Hold over a bowl to save excess for reuse. Put on wax paper on a warm dry place for 2 days. Store in a tightly covered container. Put wax paper between layers.
