California Seafood Brunch Bake
California Seafood Brunch Bake is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, 2 tbsp. butter, 12 oz. crabmeat, flaked, 2/3 c. sliced green onions and 2 c. shredded swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Saute mushrooms in butter in skillet over low heat for 8 minutes, remove from heat.
Stir in crabmeat, green onions and cheese.
Layer bread cubes and seafood mixture, half at a time, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pressing down layers.
Whisk eggs and remaining ingredients in bowl.
Pour over layers.
Chill, covered, for 4 hours or overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
