Cake Mix Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix, 2 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked), 1 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, combine oil and eggs. Add dry ingredients.
Stir well.
Do not use mixer.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Shape into balls.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Flatten balls with slightly greased glass bottom or fork.
Bake 12 minutes, until lightly browned.
Yields 5 dozen.
