Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 lb. sausage, 1 large onion, 1 c. rice (uncooked) and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix first 9 ingredients to make the filling.
Boil the cabbage until you can peel the leaves from the heads; drain.
Put spoonful of meat mixture on each leaf.
Up, tucking in ends to make neat compact bundles.
Layer in roasting pan.
Layer sauerkraut, tomatoes and remaining pieces of cabbage on top of rolls.
Pour tomato sauce on top.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 2 1/2 hours. Makes about 30 cabbage rolls.
Leftovers can be frozen.
