Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium-size cabbage, shredded, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, diced, 1/2 c. uncooked rice and 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray large casserole dish with Pam or grease well.
Layer bottom of dish with shredded cabbage.
Brown ground beef and onion together.
Pour in rice and mix.
Spread beef mixture over cabbage.
Mix one can of soup and one can of water.
Pour over beef mixture.
Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.
Very low in calories!
