Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium sized head cabbage (about 1 1/2 lb.), 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted), 1 (5 oz.) jar processed cheddar cheese spread, 1/4 c. bread crumbs and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut up cabbage, removing hard core.
Place cabbage in boiling water and parboil 5 minutes; drain.
Alternate layers of cabbage, soup and cheese in a greased casserole.
Season and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Dot with butter and bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
