Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, shredded, 1 can tomato soup, mixed with 1 can water, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown onion, bell pepper and meat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place cabbage in long baking dish.
Add rice to meat mixture and spread over cabbage.
Heat tomato soup and water and pour over mixture.
Wrap in foil and bake at 350Β° until done (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
Add grated cheese and brown.
