Cabbage Au Gratin
Cabbage Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cabbage, chopped and cooked, cheddar cheese, 2 c. medium white sauce, 4 tbsp. oleo and 4 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt oleo in saucepan.
Add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually pour in milk.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
In casserole dish, put 1/2 the cooked cabbage.
Cover with sliced cheese.
Add one half the white sauce.
Add another layer of cabbage, cheese and remainder of white sauce.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
