Cabbage Au Gratin
Cabbage Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cabbage, coarsely shredded, 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted), 1/4 c. milk, 1 c. shredded american cheese and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook cabbage 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.
Drain well. Place cabbage in lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine soup, milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix well and pour over cabbage.
Combine bread crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over cabbage. Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
