Cook ground meat until brown.

Add onions, bell peppers and seasonings.

Add cabbage, Ro-Tel and mushroom soup and stir.

Crumble Ritz crackers (all but about 5).

Grate cheese and save 1/4 cup.

Add cheese and crackers to ground meat mixture.

Place in 2-quart casserole and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese and crackers on top.
