Butterscotch Pralines
Butterscotch Pralines is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan, mixing well.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in pecans; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234Β°).
Remove from heat; beat with a wooden spoon 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is creamy and begins to thicken.
Working rapidly, drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Let cool.
Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
