Cream butter or margarine until light.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add vanilla and vinegar to evaporated milk.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.

Bake in moderate oven 350Β° about 15 minutes or until delicately brown and firm to touch.
