Butterscotch Cookies
Butterscotch Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. low-fat diet margarine, 8 tsp. granulated brown sugar substitute, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt margarine and sweetener together until smooth.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and walnuts.
Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with nonsugar substitute. Cool and cut into squares.

70 squares.
