Beat eggs with rotary beater in top of double boiler just until blended.
Brown sugar and butter. Place over rapidly boiling water, stirring constantly until hot (about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat.
Sift together flour and baking powder.
At once to cooked mixture; mix until well blended.
In chopped nuts.
Turn into well-greased and lightly floured 13 x
9-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream or sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar while still warm.
