Butterscotch Apple Cake

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients; add to egg mixture and mix well (batter will be stiff).
Stir in apples and nuts.
Spread into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Butterscotch chips are sprinkled over top of batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
