Butternut Squash
Butternut Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 butternut squash, halved and seeded, 3 tbsp. butter, fresh rosemary and thyme, grated nutmeg and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place squash, cut side up, in shallow roasting pan.
Place 1 tablespoon butter in each half.
Place seasonings on each half.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and roast 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°. Remove herbs, spoon squash into a bowl and mash until very smooth.
In a saucepan, add honey and remaining butter; add seasonings and warm through before serving.
