Buttermilk Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot jell-o, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 c. buttermilk and 1 (8 or 9 oz.) carton whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring pineapple to boil in saucepan.
Stir in dry Jell-O and mix until dissolved.
Chill until partially set.
