Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 3 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add flour, beaten eggs to buttermilk then add to other ingredients.
Bake in unbaked pie shell at 425° for 10 minutes.
Then reduce to 325° and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until firm (may want to add 1 cup of coconut to mixture for different taste).
