Buttermilk Coconut Pie
Buttermilk Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 3 eggs, beaten and 1/2 c. cultured buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine the sugar and flour in a large bowl. Add melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and 2/3 of the coconut.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into shell. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set.
